I suggest it. Especially on girl avi's, the makeup is important.

I do like having makeup on avis every once in a while. Though i rarely war any IRL

-hair flip- Heh, I always have makeup on. The avatar doesn't look right to me unless it has at least two eye items, two hair items, and some makeup. .... An I (almost) always use a male avatar XP

But I never wear makeup or care what my hair looks like irl ^^;
