So anyway, all of my avatars are character avatars, but I still like them to look decent and that fancy bloke beside my posts would want himself to look decent too. I'm looking for some way to add more white to my avatar, especially at the bottom, but I'm at a loss. Does anyone have any ideas?

How about the moon 'teleporter' circle thing, from the same item your background comes from? -forgot name, rofl xD;-

You could use some of the event items to make her glowing. :3
