I understand if this can not be done, I will just try to trade the items to someone. For items that we no longer want, that can not be sold back, such as "Anka Token" items; is it possible to get a staff member to remove these no longer wanted items?

there is a way to have staff remove them but mostly no^^: if you need to get rid of something you can send it to my charity mule 'chococharity' that thing is ok for a junk mule, just be more careful in the future when getting items
