Vetetans Day was interesting...I was in charge of half the program and aparently I did well with it. But after wards they left three kids (Counting myself as a kid) to take down 12,000 chairs in a few hours. -_-

I helped with parts of our program, but nothing too hard. We got snacks and junk after wards and got to skip class.

The program itself was not hard and I enjoyed chatting with some of my cities veterans but the tear down was a horror. And I still had to make up the classes I missed.

That sucks. Why did they only leave 3 people to clean up?

Because everyone else ran away. After the program ended the three of us had something to do and returned to the audatorium; we were drafted and had to clean up.

That's messed up.

I cant stand it when people just leave when theres stuff to do...happened in tech theatre for me, but not nearly as bad as that many chairs o.O

Thankfully it was just chairs. For the school musical we have chairs and a 50 pounds sounds system. And the three of us would not have minded to terribly much if others had helped or the work we missed because of it had not needed to be made up.

yeah....we had HAY to sweep up, but the director was nice and let us leave early cuz we were all excited to meet our friends who had seen the musical...

We have a janitor for sweeping up because they don't trust us to correctly sweep up the aditorium. But all the other tear down was done by the three of us.
