I can help with grilling!!! *bounces* I rather enjoy it, although I prefer gas to charcoal. Less on top of the flavor of the meat unless I am cooking with mesquite.

...meh...I like them both depending on what meat is actually cooking...deer tends to taste better on charcoal as does pork for the most part, and some cuts of beef as well...

charcoal grills i hate unless im making polish hotdogs on them... then and only then i would ever use one...

...Charcoal is good, if you know how to use it...most don't...my daddy though does and taught me to...so there...

I can cook on both, although I like to pan fry/bake things more...probably because it keeps me in the kitchen...
