Sooooo...we just had a bit of a family emergency...

Apparently, there is a new law (not sure if state or federal, but at least in North Carolina) that states that if someone with a provisional license (normally 16-18) gets pulled over for any misdemeanor vehicle violation they will get arrested and have to be released from custody by a parent/guardian...so yeah...15 over the speed limit is how fast my sister was going...

But we're back and she can't drive for 30 days...

Nope...it's an automatic arrest...what makes it worse is that it's the first time she's ever been pulled over...

Lots and lots of BS...it's kind of horrid actually...But alas...she was going 15 over the speed limit...

Well that is a good thing that didnt happen to me...
