My computer likes to get really hot when I run things like videos/use my camera...and at that point, it completely freezes the system...

It doesn't help that I have forgotten my log in/password...lol...

Have you tried checking out your cooling unit?

...*has no clue how to do such a thing*...I can trouble shoot most issues and fix a random blue screen...that's about it...

Have hyjin look into it, or you could get a fan for your computer, it helps it from over heating....

I am doing the same thing here shortly. And I could do it as well, though hyjin probably has a bit more experience than me. My hardware experience is mostly in towers.

I have some laptop repair skill not much though. i can fix small things internally... But same as alpha... i mainly work with towers...
