Pasties are meant to cover the nips. I own three fancy pairs, but I've never worn them, because they've got rhinestones and basically defeat the purposes I wear pasties for. I want to get more of those flower-shaped ones that're single-use, because those ones actually work really well and are really comfy to wear.

well, I wear pasties when I don't want nip slips, and I don't want it obvious when I'm cold. Rhinestones would draw attention to the nips.
